Fresh Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Flat Leaf Parsley, packed
  • ¼ cup Basil, packed
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, packed
  • ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Dried Tarragon
  • ⅛ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 4-5 tsp Honey
  • ½ cup Olive Oil

Equipment

  • Food Processor
  • Blender

Method
 

Dressing:
  1.  Add the ingredients for the dressing to a food processor or blender starting with 4 teaspoosn of honey. Blend the dressing it breakds down into a sauce-like consistency. Taste and adjust with more seasonings like salt and honey as desired.
Store:
  1. Pour the dressing into a jar with a tight fitting lid. Use immediately or store covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
