Broccoli Salad

This classic broccoli salad comes straight from my sister-in-law, Sheri, who is an absolute powerhouse in the kitchen and one of my favorite home cooks to learn from. Whenever she brings this dish to a family gathering or casual potluck, it is guaranteed to be the very first bowl emptied. What makes Sheri’s version so special is the perfect balance of fresh texture and big flavor—tender-crisp raw broccoli florets are tossed with crisp, savory mix-ins and brought together by a rich, sweet, and tangy dressing that coats every bite. It’s light yet satisfying, wonderfully colorful, and tastes even better as it sits in the fridge, making it the ultimate make-ahead side dish for summer cookouts, holiday spreads, or easy weeknight dinners. Once you try Sheri’s tried-and-true recipe, it’s bound to become a staple on your own family table just as it has on ours!
